The Galea swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a precision two ball races swivel bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with a thermoplastic rubber tread that maintains electric conductivity throughout operation. The wheel operates on precision ball bearings and measures 100 mm in diameter. The complete assembly has an overall height of 138 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 200 kg, making this castor suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring electrical conductivity and reliable manoeuvrability.
