The Linea Accessory is a precision-engineered component designed to enhance the functionality and performance of castor systems in demanding industrial and commercial applications. This accessory integrates seamlessly with standard castor assemblies, providing improved load distribution, enhanced manoeuvrability, and extended operational durability. Manufactured to exacting specifications, the Linea Accessory offers engineers a reliable solution for optimising castor performance across diverse environments, from light-duty material handling to heavy-duty manufacturing operations. Its robust construction ensures consistent performance whilst maintaining compatibility with existing castor infrastructure, making it an ideal choice for retrofit applications and new installations alike.
Matching Products
The Linea swivel castor with total lock features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates precision ball bearings in the swivel mechanism to ensure smooth directional changes and reliable operation. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with an injected polyurethane tread that maintains electrical conductivity throughout. Precision ball bearings within the wheel provide excellent rolling performance and longevity. The wheel measures 125 mm in diameter, whilst the overall height of the complete castor assembly is 148 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 130 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 260 kg, making it suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring both mobility and secure locking functionality.
