The Linea swivel castor is a precision-engineered mobility solution featuring a solid stem, round fitting that ensures secure and reliable attachment to equipment bases. The housing is constructed from polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing for smooth, responsive swivel action, enabling effortless directional control and manoeuvrability in demanding healthcare and commercial environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 125 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread mounted on a polyamide body, supported by a precision ball bearing that delivers exceptional durability and consistent rolling performance across various floor surfaces. With an overall height of 143 mm, the castor integrates seamlessly into compact equipment designs whilst maintaining optimal ergonomic proportions for operator control. The Linea castor is engineered to support a static load capacity of 220 kg, accommodating substantial equipment weights, and a dynamic load capacity of 110 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it ideally suited for applications including anesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI and X-ray systems, care beds, catering carts, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, medication carts, nursing carts, patient lifters, recliners, surgery robots, treatment chairs, ultrasound equipment, ventilators, and professional cleaning carts across hospitals, nursing homes, and retirement facilities.
