The Integral twin is a swivel castor with central, total lock designed for demanding medical applications. The castor features a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version fitting that ensures secure attachment to equipment frames. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, medium grade material and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing system for smooth directional changes and enhanced durability. The wheel comprises a polyamide body with polyurethane, injected tread material, mounted on precision ball bearing for optimal rolling performance and floor protection. With a wheel diameter of 100 mm, the castor has an overall height of 129 mm. Load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 125 kg at 3 km/h and 125 kg at 4 km/h operating speeds, whilst the static load capacity reaches 375 kg.
