The ICS swivel castor features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a stem, swivelling bearing system for smooth directional changes. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide, electric conductive body fitted with polyurethane, injected, electric-conductive tread material to ensure reliable electrical conductivity whilst maintaining excellent rolling performance. The wheel operates on precision ball bearing, sealed mechanisms for enhanced durability and reduced maintenance requirements. With a wheel diameter of 125 mm, the castor provides an overall height of 166 mm for optimal clearance. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it particularly suitable for care beds and similar healthcare applications requiring reliable mobility and electrical safety.
