The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 54 mm wide polyurethane, casted tread that provides excellent grip and durability. The wheel body is constructed from steel and iron, ensuring robust structural integrity, whilst the precision ball bearing enables smooth, reliable rotation under continuous operation. The hub measures 60 mm in length and accommodates a 20 mm diameter axle hole for secure mounting. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1000 kg, whilst dynamic load ratings reach 400 kg at 6 km/h or 500 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile castor applications across various industrial environments.
