The Elastech wheel has a wheel body made of sheet steel which makes it heavy and durable. The tread is made of a black, vulcanized elastic tire material providing good traction and shock absorption. The wheel uses a precision ball bearing for smooth and efficient rolling motion. The Elastech wheel has a diameter of 400 mm and a tread width of 80 mm. The axle hole has a diameter of 40 mm to fit standard axles. The hub length is 80 mm to provide stability. At a speed of 4 km/h, the wheel has a load capacity of 1440 kg. When used at 6 km/h, the load capacity is 1200 kg. Under static load conditions, the maximum load capacity is 2880 kg. The precision bearing and elastic tread make the Elastech wheel suitable for smooth rolling under heavy loads.
