The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a diameter of 250 mm with a tread width of 50 mm constructed from cast polyurethane for optimal durability and performance. The wheel is mounted on an aluminium body with a hub length of 60 mm and accommodates an axle hole diameter of 25 mm, utilising a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. This wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst maintaining dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h and 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for diverse applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
