The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 125 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide polyurethane casted tread, designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel incorporates an aluminium body with a precision ball bearing and is mounted via a 20 mm axle hole diameter, with a hub length of 60 mm. Load capacity specifications include a static load rating of 800 kg, whilst dynamic load ratings reach 320 kg at 6 km/h or 400 kg at 4 km/h, providing versatile performance across varied operational speeds and load requirements for industrial mobility solutions.
