The Zeta reverse is a swivel castor with spring loaded directional lock featuring a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, very heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races, reinforced or stainless swivel bearing system for enhanced durability and smooth operation. The wheel comprises an aluminium body with polyurethane, casted tread material and precision ball bearing for optimal performance, measuring 250mm in diameter. The overall height of the complete assembly is 290mm. Load capacity specifications include dynamic ratings of 800kg at 4km/h and 640kg at 6km/h operating speeds, with a static load capacity of 1600kg. This heavy-duty castor is specifically designed for demanding applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment where reliable directional control and high load bearing capacity are essential requirements.
