The Kappa swivel castor features a large rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from heavy iron forged material and incorporates two ball races that are either reinforced or manufactured from stainless steel for enhanced swivel bearing performance. The wheel assembly comprises a robust cast iron body with a casted polyurethane tread, supported by precision ball bearings for smooth operation. The wheel diameter measures 200mm, whilst the overall height of the complete assembly is 245mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 1200kg at 4km/h operating speed and 1000kg at 6km/h, with a maximum static load rating of 2400kg, making this castor suitable for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable heavy-duty performance.
