The Alpha stainless is a heavy-duty swivel castor engineered for demanding industrial applications. The unit features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting to equipment bases. The housing is constructed from heavy-grade stainless steel and incorporates a precision two ball race swivel bearing system for smooth directional changes under load. The wheel assembly comprises a robust polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre tread that is non-marking and vulcanised for enhanced durability. The wheel operates on stainless roller bearings and measures 200mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 240mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 400kg at speeds up to 4km/h and a static load rating of 800kg, making it suitable for heavy industrial trolleys and equipment.
