The Zeta fixed castor features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, very heavy grade material, providing robust structural integrity for demanding industrial environments. The wheel incorporates an aluminium body with polyurethane, casted tread material, ensuring excellent floor protection and smooth rolling characteristics, whilst the precision ball bearing system delivers reliable performance and extended service life. With a wheel diameter of 160 mm, the castor achieves an overall height of 200 mm. Load capacity specifications include a static rating of 1100 kg, with dynamic load capacities of 550 kg at 4 km/h and 440 kg at 6 km/h operating speeds, making it suitable for heavy-duty material handling and industrial transport applications.
