The Linea load swivel castor is a precision engineered component designed for demanding applications including AMR systems, computers on wheels, dialysis carts, furniture, media furniture, office furniture, patient lifters, and office chairs. This swivel castor features a blind hole fitting for B10 mounting, ensuring secure and reliable installation across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from polyamide, a durable engineering polymer that provides excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability, whilst incorporating a precision ball bearing for smooth, low-friction swivel operation. The wheel assembly comprises a 50 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread bonded to a polyamide body, mounted on a precision ball bearing to ensure optimal rolling performance and extended service life. The overall height of the castor is 50.5 mm, providing a compact profile suitable for space-constrained applications. This swivel castor delivers a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary support and mobile applications requiring reliable load distribution and smooth manoeuvrability across various floor surfaces.
