The Anika swivel castor with wheel brake features a square plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a stem, swivelling swivel bearing mechanism for smooth directional changes. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide body with injected polyurethane tread material, providing excellent floor protection and quiet operation, whilst utilising a plain bearing with spacer tube for reliable performance. The castor measures 65mm in wheel diameter with an overall height of 77mm, making it suitable for compact installations. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 50kg at speeds up to 3km/h and a static load capacity of 100kg. This castor is specifically designed for bedside tables, furniture, hospitals, media furniture, nursing and retirement homes, office chairs, and office furniture applications where manoeuvrability and braking functionality are essential requirements.
