Awards from the Deutscher Designer Club for: TENTE Linea & Levina

TENTE castors prove their “Good Design”: The jury of the “Good Design” competition (www.ddc.de), which is organised annually by the Deutscher Designer Club, looks for the good and the extraordinary. In eight categories – including Product, but also Print, Digital, Future, Corporate and others - the interdisciplinary juries of experts select products for their "Good Design" and award gold, silver and bronze medals.

Various TENTE castors have already distinguished themselves thank to their “good design”: The Linea hospital bed castor, winner of the silver medal, combines an exclusive design with the highest quality. The twin plastic castor range is versatile in use, easy to clean and is available on request even in a particularly low construction height.

A bronze medal in the competition was awarded to the Levina plastic castor, which combines the latest technology with perfect design. The robust housing and the use of high-quality plastic ensure a long service life. The Levina combines its excellent running characteristics with first-class stability when stationary thanks to a short, easy-to-operate brake pedal. The smooth surfaces are easy to clean, making the Levina ideal for use in the food industry.

An award-winning “Good Design”: High-flyer from TENTE

The Aviana twin wheel castor also received an award for its “Good Design”. It is used on and offers maximum ease and comfort above the clouds. Their quiet running ensures that the cabin crew can move the trolleys safely through the tight spaces.

Bed castors from the 2940 series are particularly suitable for use in the medical sector. These simple twin wheel castors are not only durable and stable, they also withstand high impact loads and are easy to move. This impressed the Deutscher Designer Club jury.
