The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 20 mm wide PUR casted premium tread, designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel incorporates a steel and iron body with a precision ball bearing (RS/2RS) configuration, complemented by a 14 mm hub length and a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. This robust construction delivers a static load capacity of 280 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 140 kg at 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring reliable performance and durability in industrial environments.
