The Integral twin load is a swivel castor with central, total lock featuring a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version fitting. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, heavy material and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing system for smooth operation. The wheel assembly comprises a 150 mm diameter wheel with polyamide body material and polyurethane, injected tread material, supported by precision ball bearing technology. The castor has an overall height of 193 mm and delivers exceptional load performance with a static load capacity of 750 kg and dynamic load capacity of 250 kg at 4 km/h and 250 kg at 3 km/h operating speeds. This robust castor is specifically designed for demanding medical and precision equipment applications including C-Arms, CT Scanners, MRI, X-Ray systems, hospital beds, microscopic equipment, surgery robots, and surgery tables.
