The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread, designed for demanding industrial applications. The wheel features a diameter of 400 mm with a tread width of 80 mm and a hub length of 90 mm, accommodating an axle hole diameter of 40 mm. It is equipped with a precision ball bearing to ensure smooth rotation and extended operational life. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 5000 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel supports a load capacity of 2500 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h, or alternatively 3000 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load castor installations across various industrial environments.
