The Maxtech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass production, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 200 mm with a tread width of 45 mm composed of foamed polyurethane, providing excellent grip and shock absorption. The wheel body is manufactured from polypropylene and is supported by a precision ball bearing for smooth, reliable rotation. The hub length measures 53 mm, and the axle hole diameter is 8 mm, facilitating straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 140 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 70 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring robust performance and durability in challenging industrial environments.
