The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 80 mm in width. The wheel features a diameter of 200 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 200 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is specified at 25 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 3360 kg, and dynamic load capacities of 1400 kg at 6 km/h or 1680 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automated shuttle systems, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, and various logistics and transport equipment environments.
