The Galea is a swivel castor with directional lock featuring a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism to ensure smooth rotation and directional control. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body fitted with solid rubber, non-marking tread material, utilising a plain bearing system for reliable operation. The wheel measures 125 mm in diameter, providing excellent ground contact and manoeuvrability. The castor has an overall height of 162 mm, making it suitable for medium-duty mobile equipment. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 80 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 160 kg, ensuring robust performance under varying operational conditions.
