The Kappa load swivel castor features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing system constructed from iron forged, heavy material to ensure robust performance under demanding conditions. The wheel assembly comprises a 150 mm diameter wheel with a precision ball bearing system, featuring a polyurethane, casted tread material bonded to a cast iron body for optimal durability and floor protection. The castor has an overall height of 200 mm, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Load specifications include a static capacity of 1600 kg, with dynamic load ratings of 800 kg at 6 km/h and 960 kg at 4 km/h operating speeds, designed for airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
