The housing is constructed from medium steel sheet, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance whilst maintaining a lightweight profile suitable for industrial environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 45 mm diameter polyamide body with an identical tread material, ensuring consistent rolling characteristics and reliable performance across various floor surfaces. The wheel is supported by a plain bearing with spacer tube, which facilitates smooth rotation whilst minimising maintenance requirements and extending operational lifespan.
