The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. This wheel features a diameter of 300 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 62 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is specified at 25 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 3360 kg. Dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, supporting 1400 kg at 6 km/h or 1680 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including airport equipment, automated shuttle systems, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, and various logistics and transport equipment environments.
