The Maxtech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 250 mm with a polyurethane injected tread measuring 50 mm in width, mounted on a polyamide body supported by a precision ball bearing. The hub extends 60 mm in length with a 20 mm axle hole diameter, providing robust structural integrity. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 1000 kg, whilst dynamic load capacity reaches 400 kg at 6 km/h or 500 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring reliable performance under substantial loads.
