The Ultratech Wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This wheel features a cast iron body with a tread width of 50 mm manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted material, ensuring durability and optimal performance across varied operational environments. The wheel diameter measures 160 mm with a hub length of 60 mm and an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, accommodating standard castor mounting configurations. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation, the Ultratech Wheel delivers exceptional load-carrying capabilities with a static load capacity of 1600 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel supports 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load operations.
