The Alpha smart stainless is a swivel castor with total lock designed for demanding industrial applications. The castor features a bolt hole fitting for secure mounting to equipment or furniture. The housing is constructed from heavy stainless steel and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and exceptional durability in challenging environments. The wheel comprises a plastic thermoset, heat-resistant body with tread material identical to the wheel body, providing excellent temperature resistance and consistent performance. The wheel operates on a dry bearing bush system and measures 100mm in diameter. The overall height of the complete assembly is 128mm. Load specifications include a dynamic load capacity of 125kg at speeds up to 4km/h and a static load capacity of 250kg, making this castor suitable for heavy-duty applications requiring reliable mobility and secure locking functionality.
