The Delta is a swivel castor with directional lock, engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM systems, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure attachment to mobile equipment and trolley bases. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet and incorporates a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, ensuring smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel features a 140 mm diameter and is manufactured from PUR casted premium material, providing excellent wear resistance and durability in high-traffic environments. The wheel is mounted on an aluminium body with a precision ball bearing, delivering optimal performance and longevity. The overall height of the castor assembly is 200 mm, making it suitable for standard trolley and equipment configurations. The load capacity specifications are as follows: the static load capacity is rated at 1000 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity is 500 kg at a speed of 4 km/h, ensuring safe operation under typical industrial handling conditions.
