The Zeta fixed castor is a robust mobility solution engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a medium rectangular plate fitting that ensures secure and stable mounting to equipment and furniture bases. The housing is constructed from very heavy steel sheet, providing exceptional durability and resistance to impact and wear in high-traffic environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 250 mm diameter design with a PUR casted premium tread material that delivers superior grip, reduced noise, and extended service life, whilst the aluminium body ensures lightweight construction without compromising structural integrity. Precision ball bearings are integrated throughout the wheel assembly to facilitate smooth, effortless rotation and minimise friction during operation. The castor achieves an overall height of 290 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring specific clearance and manoeuvrability specifications. Load capacity specifications are comprehensive, with a static load rating of 1600 kg, ensuring stability when the equipment remains stationary. Dynamic load ratings are 640 kg at 6 km/h and 800 kg at 4 km/h, accommodating various operational speeds and load distributions.
