The Alpha smart stainless is a fixed castor featuring a small rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from stainless steel, heavy-duty material ensuring robust performance and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The wheel incorporates a plastic thermoset, heat-resistant body material with tread material identical to the wheel body, providing consistent performance characteristics throughout. The wheel features a dry bearing bush system and measures 100 mm in diameter for optimal load distribution. The castor has an overall height of 128 mm, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 125 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h and a static load capacity of 250 kg, delivering reliable performance under both moving and stationary conditions.
