The Alpha customised solution is engineered for demanding industrial applications and features a plate with central locking fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation. The housing is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and structural integrity for harsh operating environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 200 mm diameter design with a polyamide body material, combined with an elastic tyre featuring non-marking, vulcanised construction to protect sensitive floor surfaces whilst maintaining superior grip and durability. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing, sealed design, which guarantees smooth rotation and extended operational life with minimal maintenance requirements. The overall height of the unit measures 240 mm, making it suitable for integration into compact spaces whilst maintaining optimal ergonomic performance.
