The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a steel and iron body with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 75 mm in width. The wheel has an overall diameter of 85 mm with a hub length of 75 mm and an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, accommodating standard castor fittings. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation, this wheel delivers exceptional load-bearing performance with a static load capacity of 1400 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel supports 560 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h or 700 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load operational scenarios in material handling and industrial mobility systems.
