Wheel 125 mm
The Elastech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 125 mm diameter with a 40 mm tread width, designed to deliver reliable performance across demanding industrial applications. The wheel is constructed with a polyamide body that is electrically conductive, ensuring safe operation in sensitive environments, whilst the tread comprises an elastic, non-marking, antistatic vulcanised tire that provides excellent grip and durability without leaving residue on floors. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation and minimal friction, this wheel demonstrates impressive load-carrying capabilities with a static load capacity of 320 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 160 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h. The Elastech heat wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 100 mm diameter with a 35 mm wide tread and a 45 mm hub length. The wheel is constructed from aluminium with a damping, heat resistant tread material, ensuring reliable performance in high-temperature environments whilst maintaining structural integrity. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing in stainless steel, providing smooth rotation and extended service life, and accommodates an 8.3 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. The load capacity specifications are rated at 160 kg static load and 80 kg dynamic load at 4 km/h, making this wheel suitable for mobile equipment and furniture applications requiring both stability and manoeuvrability in thermally challenging conditions.
