The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. This wheel features a diameter of 250 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 250 mm with an axle hole diameter of 25 mm, accommodating standard castor mounting requirements. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2880 kg, whilst dynamic load capacities reach 1200 kg at 6 km/h or 1440 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automated shuttle systems, automotive original equipment manufacturing, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, and post logistic systems.
