The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 100 mm with a polyurethane casted tread measuring 40 mm in width, ensuring excellent grip and durability across varied surfaces. The aluminium body provides a lightweight yet robust construction, whilst the precision ball bearing ensures smooth rotation and extended operational life. The hub length measures 26 mm with an axle hole diameter of 12 mm, facilitating straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates impressive load-carrying capabilities, with a static load capacity of 600 kg, whilst dynamic load capacity reaches 240 kg at 6 km/h or 300 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-duty applications.
