The Alpha stainless is a fixed castor designed for demanding industrial applications including catering carts and meal delivery systems, container construction, electronic systems and clean-room technology, fire fighting technology and fire protection, machine construction, and transport equipment. The castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate that provides secure attachment to the host equipment. The housing is manufactured from heavy-duty stainless steel and incorporates two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life in corrosive environments. The wheel features a 160 mm diameter and is constructed with a polyamide body combined with an elastic, non-marking, vulcanised tread material that delivers excellent grip whilst preventing surface marking on sensitive flooring.
