The Duratech wheel is a precision castor component manufactured from heavy-duty polyamide with an 80 mm diameter and a tread width of 60 mm, featuring an identical material composition between the tread and wheel body. The hub measures 60 mm in length with a 25 mm axle hole diameter, accommodating a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. This wheel demonstrates robust load-carrying capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1200 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 480 kg at 6 km/h or 600 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial castor applications requiring reliable performance across varying operational speeds and load conditions.
