What makes WeAssist special is not only the technology – but the scientific evidence of its effect.
An independent study by FH Münster University of Applied Sciences examined real-life application scenarios with and without WeAssist. Among other things, hand forces, muscle activity, spinal load and posture were measured.
The results are clear:
- up to 67% less muscle activity in the muscle groups examined
- up to 36% reduced spinal compression forces at L5/S1 level
- up to 36% less trunk inclination when pushing
- up to 45% reduced hand action forces
