Integral plus is the further development of the proven castor solution for hospitals and care facilities. It combines the high-quality features of the Integral series with a locking system that is especially quiet to operate and comfortable handling.

Integral twin load. Carry heavy loads, lock quietly, stand securely.
Integral twin load was developed for medical applications where low-noise operation is just as important as load capacity and secure positioning. Examples include operating tables, surgical robots and bariatric beds.
Its special feature: even under heavy loads of up to 250 kg per castor, the locking system of the twin wheel castor can be operated especially quietly.
