The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 25 mm wide polyurethane casted tread that ensures excellent grip and durability. The wheel body is constructed from steel and iron, providing robust structural integrity, whilst the hub measures 12 mm in length and accommodates a 25 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing (RS/2RS) that facilitates smooth rotation and extended operational life. In terms of load capacity, the wheel supports a static load of 320 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies depending on operational speed: 130 kg at 6 km/h or 160 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load applications within the specified parameters.
