The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread, designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding industrial applications. The wheel features a diameter of 100 mm with a tread width of 50 mm, whilst the hub length measures 60 mm and the axle hole diameter is 20 mm, accommodating standard mounting configurations. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation and minimal friction, this wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 900 kg. The dynamic load capacity reaches 450 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h, or alternatively 540 kg at reduced speeds of 4 km/h, providing flexibility for various operational requirements and load scenarios. These specifications make the Novatech wheel suitable for heavy-duty castor applications requiring durability, stability, and consistent performance across diverse industrial environments.
