The Galea swivel castor features a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotational movement and enhanced longevity. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with a thermoplastic rubber tread that maintains electric conductivity throughout operation. The wheel operates on a plain bearing system and measures 125 mm in diameter. The complete assembly has an overall height of 162 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 200 kg, making this castor suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring electrostatic discharge control.
