The iF product design award (www.ifdesign.de) awarded by the iF International Forum Design in Hanover is one of the oldest and most important design competitions in the world. International experts deliberate for three days before selecting the winners of the iF product design award in 17 different categories. The jury observes, touches, tries out, analyses, discusses – and awards the iF product design award in accordance with clear criteria: Design quality, workmanship, material selection and degree of innovation are closely examined, as well as environmental compatibility, functionality and ergonomics. Other factors include visualisation of how the product is used, safety, brand value, branding and the universal design of the product.
TENTE Linea, Integral and 5320 - our castors are convincing
Three TENTE products have already won this prestigious award: the Linea twin castor series, the 5320 series designer castors and the Integral hospital bed castor. The TENTE Linea castor made of high-quality plastic impressed the jury with its extremely high load capacity, outstanding running performance and modern design. The Linea castor is available in numerous variants for various applications, even for special purposes like a particularly low construction height, which is only a few millimetres above the wheel diameter.
