As a wheel and castor manufacturer, we have developed a large number of products, over a period of more than 90 years, which ensure that our customers' applications always run smoothly. We are constantly working on innovative and new wheel solutions in order to increase user-friendliness and efficiency or reduce maintenance costs. This involves pursuing five goals for our customers:
TENTE wheels are designed to increase the productivity of the applications to which they are fitted. This is why they are designed to provide excellent drive comfort, but also to allow safe and easy braking at all times. Locking systems increase efficiency, as the devices can be quickly locked and unlocked. Other key features that ensure productivity are easy fitting of the wheels and clear labelling of the packaging and wheels.
2. Wheel design
A good appearance shows the applications in a better light. Consumers often make their purchasing decisions based not only on functionality, but also on appearance. For this reason, we design our mobility solutions to look attractive. Some TENTE solutions have already received prestigious design awards.
3. Wheel safety
The safety of wheels plays an important role. A low overall height, for example, prevents more serious injuries in the event of an occupant falling out of bed, while a dead-man brake protects transport devices from rolling away and reduces the risk of accidents and – as a result – the amount of staff sick leave. A cable guard is an advantage for keeping electrical installations safe.
4. Durability of the wheels
If wheels are durable, maintenance costs are reduced. TENTE wheels can be heat and corrosion resistant and washable, as required. Special heavy-duty wheelscan withstand large loads even after prolonged continuous use.

Resource conservation and sustainability have now become important aspects in commerce. We are committed to this and work with environmentally friendly materials that comply with European directives such as REACH and RoHS.
