The Alpha fixed castor is engineered for demanding industrial applications and features a medium rectangular plate fitting that ensures secure and versatile mounting across diverse equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet, providing robust structural integrity and exceptional durability in challenging operational environments. The wheel assembly comprises a 160 mm diameter design with an elastic tyre featuring non-marking, vulcanised rubber that delivers superior grip and floor protection, whilst the wheel body is manufactured from polyamide to optimise weight distribution and performance. The precision ball bearing, sealed design, ensures smooth rotation and extended service life by protecting against contamination and moisture ingress. With an overall height of 200 mm, the castor integrates seamlessly into standard trolley and equipment configurations. The load capacity specifications are comprehensive: the static load rating reaches 600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, supporting 200 kg at 6 km/h or 300 kg at 4 km/h, enabling flexible deployment across automotive original equipment manufacturing, catering carts and meal delivery systems, container construction, electronic systems and clean-room technology, fire fighting and fire protection equipment, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, roll cages, tool cabinets, transport equipment, waste disposal equipment, and work benches.
