The Elastech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 250 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide elastic tire, non-marking, vulcanised tread that ensures reliable performance on various floor surfaces. The wheel comprises an aluminium body paired with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation, whilst the hub extends 60 mm in length and accommodates a 25 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. This wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1000 kg, with dynamic load ratings of 400 kg at 6 km/h and 500 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile castor applications where controlled movement and substantial weight support are required.
