The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 200 mm diameter with a 50 mm polyurethane casted tread that delivers excellent wear resistance and floor protection. The wheel is constructed from a robust aluminium body, ensuring lightweight durability whilst maintaining structural integrity, and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth, reliable rotation. The hub measures 60 mm in length with a 25 mm axle hole diameter, providing secure mounting compatibility with standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load applications across various industrial environments.
