On Integral plus and Integral twin load, the castor locking system is operated comfortably by foot. Depending on the version, up to three positions can be selected:

Integral twin load is a twin-wheel castor for demanding medical applications with high requirements for load capacity, stability and ease of use. Despite its high torsional rigidity and load capacity of up to 250 kg per castor, the locking system can be operated comfortably by foot with minimal force.
Particularly suitable for operating tables, surgical robots, bariatric beds and other heavy-duty medical applications where secure positioning and easy handling are essential.
