The Linea swivel castor with total lock is a precision-engineered mobility solution designed for demanding healthcare and professional environments, featuring a bolt hole fitting that ensures secure and reliable installation on various equipment platforms. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a precision ball bearing in the swivel mechanism, enabling smooth 360-degree rotation whilst maintaining exceptional stability and control. The wheel assembly comprises a 150 mm diameter polyurethane injected tread mounted on a polyamide body, supported by a precision ball bearing that guarantees smooth operation and extended service life even under frequent use conditions. With an overall height of 170 mm, the castor provides optimal ergonomic clearance for medical carts, treatment equipment, and mobile furniture installations. The load capacity specifications are rated at 260 kg static load and 130 kg dynamic load at a speed of 3 km/h, making it suitable for transporting heavy medical equipment, patient care devices, and supplies throughout healthcare facilities. The total lock mechanism provides enhanced safety and stability when the castor is stationary, preventing unwanted movement during critical procedures or when equipment must remain in a fixed position.
